The SIDC puts the 'S' back into CSR by placing social issues at the centre of its Corporate Responsibility (CR) programme for children.
The StarBiz reported the SIDC's CEO as saying “The Malaysian education system is constantly being criticised for not instilling these skills in its curriculum.” SIDC also claimed that the workshops were a resounding success. "We had five or six volunteers from the SIDC in each workshop ..."
